- If on land that is considered to be National Park, Broads, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty or a World Heritage Site does not exceed an area of 10m²
It is imperative that you check these and all other criteria (here) before any work is commenced to make sure you don’t fall foul to the law and receive a penalty or have to demolish the building.
