A: Planning permission is sometimes required. A site visit will determine definitively but Building Regs approval is always needed which we would obtain on your behalf.
Q: Are plumbing and electrics included?
A: Yes, but light fittings, sanitary ware and pumps are to be supplied by the client.
Q: How long will my loft conversion take?
A: The average job will take 6-9 weeks, but larger jobs may take longer.
Q: How much disruption should I expect?
A: We aim to keep disruption to the minimum, working from the outside and in through the roof and leaving installation of the stairs to the last two weeks of the job.
